Rindy Brace, MEd

Darlene Finzer

Rindy serves as a consultant to The Full Life Center, Inc., drawing from her many years of service in related fields. She worked for 27 years at all levels of Child Protective Services, 11 years at Boards of Developmental Disabilities, and 8 years with Family and Children First Council. Rindy formally retired in 2018, and shortly after retiring, she began consulting and providing guardianship services. Rindy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family while she continues to repurpose her life for the future.

A native of Tuscarawas County and living in New Philadelphia, I have been married for 29 years to my husband, Bob and have 4 grown children including a son who has autism. I work as a REALTOR with Keller Williams Legacy Group specializing in representing sellers and buyers of residential real estate. My passion for helping the housing needs of my clients is because I know a safe and sound home is at the heart of living abundantly. I enjoy planning events centered around my business and overflows to personal ones as well. I am a proud Veteran of the US Air Force having served in Okinawa Japan and Andrew’s AFB in Maryland.

Darlene Finzer

Darlene is the Director of Later Life Planning Services and Employee Benefit Plan Audit Services at Rea and Associates. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Senior Advisor, and Certified 401(k) Plan Administrator. Professionally, Darlene specializes in consulting with clients on sound employee benefit plan governance, social security strategizing, Medicare tax analysis, retirement readiness and fiduciary responsibility. She is a current Board Member for Walnut Hills Retirement Community in Walnut Creek and also serves as a Board Member of the Tuscarawas County University Branch District Board of Trustees for Kent State University. She is the longest serving Board Member of The Full Life Center, Inc., and has also served as a volunteer guardian. She is a member of The American Institute of CPAs, The Ohio Society of CPAs, The American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, and The Society of Certified Senior Advisors. She has been featured in several publications, such as Benefits Pro and Thompson Newsletter and has presented her expertise on a range of topics at numerous conferences and seminars. She earned her associate’s degree in accounting technology from Kent State University and later went on to complete her bachelor’s degree in accounting. When she is not in the office you can find her staying productive on her family’s farm, being involved in community events, and working on projects for charitable causes.

Jennifer L. Lile, Esq. CELA

Jennifer Lile

Jennifer is a Shareholder and Member of Board of Directors for Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the Ohio State Bar Association, as well as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Elder Law Foundation as accredited by the American Bar Association. Jennifer is a current member and past President of Board of Directors for the Special Needs Alliance. She is now serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the National Elder Law Foundation, and on the Executive Committee of NEOMED Foundation. She has represented the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as an International Delegate. Jennifer is a frequent speaker to community groups and churches on topics such as estate planning, special needs planning and elder law and is a lecturer to attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors through various professional organizations. She is a contributing author to articles published in the Probate Law Journal of Ohio and The Voice. Jennifer has taught an adjunct professor of Advanced Legal Writing and Research at Kent State University and of Legal Writing at the University of Akron, School of Law. Jennifer received a B.S. in Secondary English Education from Kent State University and graduated cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law.

Yvette Schupbach, LNHA, CDP

Yvette Schupbach

Yvette Schupbach is currently serving as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at New Dawn Rehab Care and Assisted Living in Dover, Ohio. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and graduate of Kent State University. Yvette has served on The Full Life Center, Inc. Board since 2019; additionally, she actively serves on several other non-profit Boards in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. Yvette’s 15-year career in healthcare has been spent in both long-term care and hospital acute care. In addition to her leadership roles, Yvette has significant experience in marketing, public relations, grant writing, fundraising, budget development, human resources, levy campaigns, as well as policy writing. Yvette is married with two children and resides in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

Elle Tyger, CFP®

Elle Tyger

Elle is a financial planner at Gebhardt Financial Group in Dover, OH and a proud lifelong resident of Tuscarawas County. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in public health from Kent State University and a graduate certificate in financial planning from Duquesne University. She also holds the Series 7 & Series 66 securities licenses and life, health, and variable insurance licenses.

Her passion for special needs financial planning evolved from volunteer work with minors and adults, including her late “Aunt Krissy”, who faced complex developmental challenges.

In her free time, Elle enjoys reading, running with her mini goldendoodle, and golfing with her husband.

David Worth

Elle Tyger

David resides in New Philadelphia with his wife, Paula, and son, Alec. David and Paula’s daughter, Anne, is a physician in Columbus.

David was an attorney in Tuscarawas County from 1977 until his retirement in 2020, serving as magistrate in the Probate-Juvenile Court for the last 26 years of his legal career. He adjudicated the Court’s guardianship and estate cases, helped adjudicate the Court’s vast child custody and support caseload, and presided over other diverse cases as needed.

David served as the President of the Ruth Carlson-Starlight Foundation Inc. Board of Trustees for over twenty years and is presently a regular board member. He is also a current board member of the Tuscarawas County Public Library. Given his son’s participation in Challenger Baseball in Tuscarawas County, David has been a long-time assistant coach and helper. David enjoys singing with the Tuscarawas Philharmonic Adult Chorus and, alongside Alec, in the First United Church of Christ bass section. He still plays folk guitar, but sadly, not well.

David graduated from Mount Union College and then attended The Ohio State University Law School. He came straightaway to Tuscarawas County to work for Southeastern Ohio Legal Services as a lawyer for the poor. He later associated with Attorney James Patrick for nine years, served as a Municipal Court referee for four years, completed the cycle of offices of the Tuscarawas County Bar Association (still a member), and partnered for nine years in the Dover firm of Traver, Worth and Fox.

Elena Lidrbauch, Esq CELA

Elena has focused her career on issues affecting older persons and individuals with disabilities. Her practice includes Medicaid planning, planning for families with special needs, estate planning, guardianship, estate administration, and trust administration.

Elena provides her clients with steadfast support and guidance as they plan for the years ahead. She understands the challenges encountered by individuals with disabilities. For over a decade, she worked with community mental health agencies and this experience has given her great insight into the issues her clients face. She also has a sophisticated understanding of the law. As a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, she has an in-depth understanding of legal mechanisms, and public benefits, available to her clients. Elena received her law degree from the University of Akron School of Law and her M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Kent State University.

Elena is a shareholder at Hickman Lowder and manages the Sheffield Village office. She lives in Valley City, Ohio, with her husband, and enjoys spending time with her extended family, traveling, and all things tennis.
